Feeling Anxious? Feeling Blue? Maybe Angry? What to Do?

Depression, anxiety, overwhelm, guilt and even anger are all related ... and they are all in your head.  ;-)  In January, I completed my advanced certification in lifting depression and other anxiety related emotional states.  More importantly, I have been achieving a really good track record in helping people overcome these emotional maladies since long before I took this latest course.  Now, I'm even better at it because I have some new, very effective information and techniques to add to what I have already been doing.  And it is very satisfying work!!

The Hypnotist Keith reveals breakthroughs in our belief about how feelings of depression, anxiety, anger, guilt, overwhelm and hopelessness really work and what can be done to correct them!  Sessions can be done in person or via Skype.

Three Important Facts We Now Understand about Depression and Anxiety:

  1. The number of people being diagnosed with clinical depression has increased tenfold since World War II in industrialized nations, yet remains a rare problem in simpler, more closely knit, village-based societies.
  2. Depression is not caused by chemical imbalances in the brain.  Chemical imbalances in the brain are caused by thoughts and feelings of depression.
  3. There is a well-defined cycle of depression.  When I go through this cycle with my clients, they invariably recognize it in themselves.  Just understanding this cycle goes a long way toward ending it!

Thanks to Keith, I have more self-awareness and can better control my mind and emotions. I am the happiest I have ever been.
